A lifelong resident of Rowlett, TX Thad grew up fishing around Lake Hubbard and played football at Garland High School. His deep roots in the community and hands-on experience in the industry give him a practical understanding of the businesses he serves.

Recently embarking on this new professional journey, Thad is passionate about building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Marc got his undergraduate degree from Seton Hall University in 1982. He began his direct sales career the following year. He spent 6 years excelling as a salesman and then moved onto a career in Network Marketing as a very successful business builder.

Marc only participated in 4 companies in his nearly 20 years in the field. He reached the highest level in the compensation plan of all for of them, and was a top 10 income earner in the latter three. His most successful venture was with a company that earned the #1 spot in the illustrious Inc 500 rankings.

In 2000 Marc founded Marc Accetta Seminars and shifted his focus to being a trainer for sales teams interested in explosive growth using live events. The results have been exceptional. Marc has personally worked with over 100 individuals that have become million dollar earners and he has trained thousands who have earned over $100,000 annually. The companies Marc has trained with have produced billions in sales.

Marc has trained over 1 million people at his live events over the last 24 years spanning 6 continents and 42 countries. While Marc is an expert in Direct Sales and Network Marketing, he also speaks for other organizations including Insurance agencies, traditional corporations, sports teams and youth groups.
